Colonial Carpets
Out of an abandoned printing company building we created a welcoming and fresh showroom, working office space, accommodations for employees, and a warehouse designed to accommodate a growing flooring business. This adaptive re-use project is an example of recycling of the first order. Abatement of the site’s previous occupants rounded out this green development.
